For every client you refer in 2025, you'll receive an entry into the giveaway. Plus, if you referred someone in the past, you'll also get a qualifying entry.

A quick text to a friend or colleague who is getting ready to sell or has mentioned they are looking to buy is a great place to start! If you had a great experience working with us (which we hope you did) mention something about your experience - you can keep it casual and pass along your agent’s phone number.

Perhaps you’re a bit more formal and want to make a direct intro - we love that! Feel free to connect your contact directly with your Adams & Co agent via email. We’ll reply with ways to connect and learn more about their needs. This can be a great way for those who are new to buying and need a little more direction from the start.

Give Me the Details…

  • Refer us a client who has a closing transaction (buys or sells) by December 31st, 2025 and you’ll receive an entry for the giveaway.

  • Don’t worry - since this is our first time running this giveaway, we are giving all past referrals entries, as well. So, if you referred three people over the last five years, then you will get three entries!

  • The winner will be drawn at random the first week of January 2026 and will be contacted via email and phone. You will have 1 week to claim your prize, at which point, if we don’t hear from you, we will do another drawing.

  • The Auberge Resort Collection features hotels around the world and some of the best spots in New England! Some of our favorites are the White Barn Inn in Kennebunk, Maine and The Vanderbilt in Newport, Rhode Island.

  • The winner will receive a $2,000 gift card to the Auberge Resort Collection. The gift card does not expire and can be used at any resort for accommodations, spa services, dining and more. Learn more here.
