Jay Adams has spent over 15 years working as a designer and creative director across textiles, apparel, and interiors. She brings a versatile blend of design and marketing expertise to Adams & Co, supporting the team with brand strategy and marketing initiatives that help clients’ homes sell with ease. Jay also works closely with agents to present each property in its best light through thoughtful, cost-effective staging and design.

In addition to her work with residential clients, Jay partners with developers to craft interior design packages, specify finishes, and direct the branding and presentation of new construction projects—ensuring every home is both beautifully designed and positioned for a strong sell-through.
