A Sudbury native and graduate of George Washington University and Harvard’s Graduate School of Education, Trevor lived in Jamaica Plain for over a decade before returning to the suburbs with his wife and two children in 2025. For the past ten years, he’s helped clients buy and sell homes across Greater Boston and now focuses on MetroWest communities like Lincoln, Sudbury, Concord, Wayland, and Weston. As the leader of a top-performing four-agent team with $125M+ in annual sales, Trevor combines strategy, insight, and care in every transaction.

A Rhode Island native and Wellesley College graduate, Ashlee has always valued homes and the communities around them. Before real estate, she worked in education and social work in Boston—experience that shapes her thoughtful, client-centered approach. She works throughout Boston, including Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, and West Roxbury, as well as nearby suburbs. Ashlee represents a range of clients—from first-time buyers to families upsizing or returning to the city to “right-size.”

After 20 years in Jamaica Plain, Ashlee now lives in West Roxbury with her wife, Michaela, and their three children. Having moved multiple times herself, Jessica understands that real estate decisions involve both head and heart. She’s especially skilled in helping clients navigate relocation or downsizing with patience, insight, and care—and she always knows the best local coffee spots along the way.

Born and raised in Rhode Island and a proud University of Rhode Island graduate, Kara began her Boston journey in Jamaica Plain before settling in West Roxbury, where she’s lived for 20 years.

After a successful career in nonprofit fundraising and real estate marketing, Kara transitioned into residential sales to work directly with clients through one of life’s biggest milestones. Known for her attention to detail and deep commitment, she approaches each transaction with the belief her father instilled in her—that she was put on this earth to help people. That mindset guides her dedication to ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

Outside of work, Kara loves exploring New England with her husband and daughter, discovering hidden thrift store gems, and getting back on the pickleball court whenever she can.

Jay Adams has spent over 15 years working as a designer and creative director across textiles, apparel, and interiors. She brings a versatile blend of design and marketing expertise to Adams & Co, supporting the team with brand strategy and marketing initiatives that help clients’ homes sell with ease. Jay also works closely with agents to present each property in its best light through thoughtful, cost-effective staging and design.

In addition to her work with residential clients, Jay partners with developers to craft interior design packages, specify finishes, and direct the branding and presentation of new construction projects—ensuring every home is both beautifully designed and positioned for a strong sell-through.
