Born and raised in Rhode Island and a proud University of Rhode Island graduate, Kara began her Boston journey in Jamaica Plain before settling in West Roxbury, where she’s lived for 20 years.

After a successful career in nonprofit fundraising and real estate marketing, Kara transitioned into residential sales to work directly with clients through one of life’s biggest milestones. She works throughout Boston, including Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, and West Roxbury, as well as nearby suburbs. Ashlee represents a range of clients—from first-time buyers to families upsizing or returning to the city to “right-size.”

Jay Adams has spent over 15 years working as a designer and creative director across textiles, apparel, and interiors. She brings a versatile blend of design and marketing expertise to Adams & Co, supporting the team with brand strategy and marketing initiatives that help clients’ homes sell with ease. Jay also works closely with agents to present each property in its best light through thoughtful, cost-effective staging and design.

In addition to her work with residential clients, Jay partners with developers to craft interior design packages, specify finishes, and direct the branding and presentation of new construction projects—ensuring every home is both beautifully designed and positioned for a strong sell-through.
